Subject: Request for cooperation of overseas buyers invitation

The Busan IT Industry Promotion Agency will invite overseas buyers to the 2008 IT EXPO BUSAN to hold business invitation meeting. Please cooperate so that as many buyers as possible will be able to participate in the 2008 IT EXPO BUSAN.

Purpose of event
A. To create global business opportunities with Busan IT companies by participating in the 2008 IT EXPO Busan, the Busan’s biggest IT exhibition
B. To provide an opportunity for practical business meetings and networking with domestic IT companies by establishing a place to promote domestic and overseas IT companies’ excellent technologies and products.
C. Through participation in the 2008 IT EXPO BUSAN and ICON 2008 conference, participants can experience various business cultures in Busan and establish business relationships that can be continued.

A. Exhibition overview
- Title : 2008 IT EXPO BUSAN
- Date : September 3 (Wed) to September 6 (Sat), 2008 for four days
- Venue : Exhibition hall 1 and 2 of BEXCO
- Slogan : Enjoy with U (Ubiquitous)
- Size : 600 booths from 200 companies
- No. of invited buyers : 300 ( 200 domestic buyers and 100 overseas buyers)
- Additional events : Shipbuilding and marine IT conferences, IT education and
training seminar, etc

Overseas companies and buyers participation
A. Participation into overseas buyers’ invitation meeting
- Date : September 4 (Thu), 2008, at 10:00～17:00
- Venue : Convention hall 103 and 104 of BEXCO
- Details : 1:1 business meeting between Busan IT company and overseas buyer

B. Booth installation and participation into the 2008 IT EXPO BUSAN
- Date : September 3 - 6, 2008, for four days
- Venue : Convention hall 1 and 2 of BEXCO
- Details : By participating into IT EXPO BUSAN, the Busan biggest IT exhibition, participants can have helpful business meeting and increase investment exchange opportunity.

C. General participation into exhibition
- Through participation into the 2008 IT EXPO BUSAN, participants can experience various business cultures and business relationship that can be continued.
